Services

Packages cover the deliverables listed on the Pricing section for a period of 12 months from project start. Anything beyond that scope is quoted separately.

Payments

Package 1 is paid in full upfront. Package 2 requires the upfront amount plus 12 monthly instalments on the agreed dates. Fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed in writing. GST and platform ad spend are extra.

Client responsibilities

You provide accurate business information, approvals and access in good time. Content for insurance or finance must comply with IRDAI, SEBI and platform rules; you are responsible for your own licences and approvals.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee rankings, followers, leads or sales. Liability is limited to fees paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
